A Unique way to Capture
the Personality of Your Animal Friend
For many, pets are more than simply animals to take care of. They're part of the family, with their own distinct personality.
I approach my pet portraits in the same manner as I do my people portraits. I immediately look for the details that make the subject unique. If you have a black lab with an especially energetic, friendly personality, then I'll concentrate on capturing the reflections in her eager eyes, and that distinct "smile," as well as the more obvious features, such as the color and length of her fur.
